Last Sale in Cheongju Dongnam District
Kolon Global announced that it will open the model house for 'Dongnam Haneulchae Edique', which it is supplying in Bangseo-dong, Sangdang-gu, Cheongju, Chungbuk, on June 13, 2025. This complex is being developed as part of the Cheongju Dongnam District A-2BL public sale project, and will consist of seven buildings with three basement levels and 24 above-ground floors, totaling 650 units. All units are designed with a single exclusive area of 59 square meters.
Kolon Global will begin special supply applications on June 23, followed by first-priority applications on June 24 and second-priority applications on June 25. The winners will be announced on July 1. As a public housing site, the complex is subject to a price ceiling system, ensuring prices are set at reasonable levels compared to the market. First-priority applications are open to adults aged 19 or older who have held a subscription savings account for at least six months and meet the deposit requirements.

The complex is located within walking distance of elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as a planned kindergarten, making it a prime educational district. It is also close to the academy district in Yongam-dong, which is considered to provide excellent educational conditions. 'Dongnam Haneulchae Edique' is the last complex to be offered in the Cheongju Dongnam District, allowing residents to immediately benefit from the area's already established living infrastructure. The Dongnam District is a large-scale development project in Yongjeong-dong, Yongam-dong, Bangseo-dong, and Undong-dong in Sangdang-gu, covering 2.06 million square meters and accommodating more than 15,000 households.
'Dongnam Haneulchae Edique' features three bedrooms within its 59-square-meter exclusive area, maximizing space efficiency for a compact unit. Ample storage is provided through an entrance storage room, pantry, and large dressing room. Approximately 96% of units adopt a four-bay flat layout to enhance natural lighting and ventilation, while a high-performance soundproof flooring system and three-sided open design have also been implemented.
The development will introduce an integrated wall pad, a living information switch, and a door phone, all linked to its proprietary Internet of Things (IoT) solution, the 'IoK' smart home system. Remote control via smartphone is also possible. Security features have been strengthened with an underground parking emergency call system, 5-megapixel surveillance cameras (CCTV), and an electronic security system.
Community facilities will include a fitness center, golf practice range, small library, kids' cafe, senior citizens' lounge, and guesthouse. The complex is located in the Yongam-dong area of Sangdang-gu, Cheongju, Chungbuk, and more detailed information can be found on the official website.
