This contest was held over a five-week period from March 12 to April 15, 2025. It was organized to discover effective and practical innovation ideas that the public can truly experience, with the goal of enhancing the quality of public services. A total of 132 ideas were submitted, and the judging committee evaluated them based on six criteria, including effectiveness and specificity of the proposals.

Through the final evaluation, one grand prize, two excellence awards, and two encouragement awards were selected. The winners will receive a certificate from the SEMAS president and a digital Onnuri gift certificate as a prize.

The outstanding innovation ideas selected were: ▲Improvement of step-by-step information accessibility tailored for users of Small Enterprise 24 (grand prize); ▲Streamlining operations linked with financial institutions (excellence award); ▲Simplification of civil complaint form guidance (excellence award); ▲Introduction of a review-sharing platform by business sector (encouragement award); ▲Implementation of ESG·carbon neutrality campaigns (encouragement award).

The idea that won the grand prize, "Improvement of step-by-step information accessibility tailored for users of Small Enterprise 24," is a proposal to enhance the user interface (UI) for Small Enterprise 24, enabling step-by-step access to information customized for each stage of business startup, operation, and growth. This is expected to improve user convenience on the platform. The selected ideas can be viewed on the SEMAS website, and each relevant department plans to further develop the outstanding proposals and reflect them in actual policies.

SEMAS President Park Seonghyo stated, "The valuable ideas from the public are serving as a practical foundation for improving public services," adding, "We will continue to make efforts to incorporate diverse ideas into business policies through various public participation contests in the future."
