Rotaimbiztech operates "Lotop," a comprehensive legal work management solution. Lotop supports law firm operations with more than 300 features, including case management, schedule and calendar management, document management, client management, advisory management, accounting management, and electronic approval. Since its launch in 2007, the number of paid users has reportedly exceeded 11,000, including 6,000 lawyers.
Through this acquisition, RoandCompany expects to expand its business in the field of legal work management solutions. The company plans to build a diverse business portfolio, including legal consultation, legal information search, legal work management, and legal-specialized AI services, and to accelerate the development of a next-generation "integrated legal platform" that combines artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
