Mini Korea has launched the 'Mini Korea 20th Anniversary Dealer Edition' on June 11, in collaboration with its official domestic dealers to commemorate the brand's 20th anniversary in Korea.
This 20th Anniversary Edition, which will be available through the Mini Online Shop at 3:00 p.m. on the same day, is based on the Mini Cooper C 5-Door. It is a limited edition model reflecting customer-tailored concepts proposed by four official domestic dealers.
The Mini Korea 20th Anniversary Dealer Edition is released in a total of four versions: the Beginning Edition by Deutsche Motors, the Breeze Edition by Barbarian Motors, the Haeundae Edition by Dongsung Motors, and the Edge Edition by Kolon Motors.
First, the 'Beginning Edition' by Deutsche Motors is available in two colors: Nanuq White and Indigo Sunset, symbolizing a new beginning. The model features 17-inch U-spoke lightweight wheels in gray, adding a refreshing touch. In addition, the Mini Cooper C 5-Door Essential trim is equipped with practical driver assistance features such as a head-up display.
The 'Breeze Edition' by Barbarian Motors comes in Ocean Wave Green, evoking the refreshing breeze of summer. It combines enhanced practicality and style by offering advanced driver assistance features such as Parking Assistant Plus, which includes surround view, remote 3D view, and a drive recorder, as well as a head-up display.
The 'Haeundae Edition' by Dongsung Motors features the Favoured trim, which is not available on the standard Cooper C model, providing a richer set of convenience features. The exterior is finished in Indigo Sunset Blue, reminiscent of the waves of Haeundae in Busan, emphasizing a sense of luxury. The model is also equipped with 18-inch Night Flash Spoke two-tone lightweight wheels.
The 'Edge Edition' by Kolon Motors is based on the Classic trim and combines an Ocean Wave Green exterior with a white roof, creating a luxurious yet sophisticated atmosphere. Standard features include 17-inch Parallel Spoke two-tone lightweight wheels and a head-up display. The interior is distinguished by refined details such as crystal door pins and key trim, offering a unique sense of style.
The Mini Korea 20th Anniversary Dealer Edition is powered by a MINI TwinPower Turbo inline 4-cylinder gasoline engine, delivering a maximum output of 163 horsepower and a maximum torque of 25.5 kg·m, paired with a 7-speed Steptronic double-clutch transmission. The car accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h in 8 seconds.
All models come standard with the Mini Operating System 9, a Tmap-based Korean Mini navigation system, and seven Mini Experience Modes. Additional standard features include Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, LED headlights, heated seats, Comfort Access, and a dual-zone automatic climate control system.
The prices for the limited-edition Mini Korea 20th Anniversary models are as follows: Deutsche Motors Beginning Edition at 39.2 million won, Barbarian Motors Breeze Edition at 39.9 million won, Dongsung Motors Haeundae Edition at 44.9 million won, and Kolon Motors Edge Edition at 42.9 million won.
