Cheongna Peak One Prugio, located in Cheongna International City, Seo-gu, Incheon, will open for sale next month. Developed by Cheongna Smart City and constructed by Daewoo Engineering & Construction, this residential officetel complex consists of four buildings with five basement levels and 49 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,056 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 119 square meters. Cheongna Peak One Prugio is close to the planned Gukje Eobmudanji Station (tentative name) on Seoul Subway Line 7, which is scheduled to open in 2027. This line is expected to connect with Airport Railroad Line 9. The area will also benefit from an extensive transportation network, including the Third Link Bridge, which is set to open this year. Shopping facilities, hospitals, and parks are also nearby. Sites for elementary and middle schools are planned within a five-minute walk, and a physical education high school and an international school are also located close by.
Various development projects are underway in the vicinity, including Hana Dream Town, Robot Land, a medical complex town, and a video culture complex. With a maximum height of 49 floors, the complex offers excellent views. Shared amenities for residents will include a fitness club, golf practice range, sauna, study room, and guesthouse, with breakfast service also being prepared. Separate storage spaces for each unit will be provided. The sales promotion center is located in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
