Support Focused on Resolving Management Difficulties and Problem-Solving
Laying the Foundation for SME Growth
On June 11, Jungjingong announced that it is recruiting companies to participate in the "2025 Challenge Diagnosis Second Round," a program aimed at resolving management difficulties and enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through field-oriented diagnostics. The Challenge Diagnosis program is a problem-solving diagnostic initiative in which experts in various fields analyze the issues and root causes faced by SMEs, provide tailored solutions, and carry out improvement activities based on the specific characteristics of each company.
Eligible applicants are SMEs engaged in manufacturing with annual sales of at least 5 billion KRW. Final participants will be selected through a review process among the companies that apply. In the first round of recruitment in March, Jungjingong selected and is currently supporting a total of 50 companies. For this second round, the organization plans to select and support another 50 companies, maintaining the same scale as before.
Selected companies can choose one of four areas: financial management, production management, quality management, or marketing management. An expert in the chosen field will conduct a total of 10 on-site visits to each selected company, providing intensive diagnostics and improvement activities.
Kang Seokjin, Chairman of Jungjingong, stated, "We will systematically support SMEs so that they can diagnose the complex problems they face in the field and seek practical solutions. By reflecting feedback from the field in our policies before and after project implementation, we will actively support the enhancement of corporate competitiveness."
