[Click eStock] "Obzen, Strengthened AI Policy Under New Administration... The Korean Palantir on a Growth Trajectory"

On June 11, independent research firm ValueFinder analyzed Obzen as the "Korean Palantir," stating that the company has entered a growth trajectory due to turning a profit in the first quarter of this year and strengthening new AI information policies.

Obzen, established in 2000 and listed on the KOSDAQ market in 2023, is the leading domestic provider of AI-based data solution software. For 25 years, it has specialized in data-driven marketing solutions.

The company conducts business with clients in the financial sector and large corporations, leading the latest technology trends. As its revenue has grown, its losses have narrowed, and in the first quarter of this year, it turned a profit and achieved its highest-ever quarterly sales. This performance is attributable to orders received last year, including 4.4 billion KRW for the Samsung Financial Networks Monimo One App, 2.8 billion KRW for KB Securities The Platform, and 5.3 billion KRW for building the IBK Industrial Bank of Korea New Customer Information Utilization Platform.

Lee Chungheon, a researcher at ValueFinder, stated, "Obzen has secured a lineup of data science solutions through consistent R&D, including TagManager, DataPipeline, and DataAnalytics. Its business structure is similar to Palantir in that it operates in the data science solution sector. In addition, demand for the company's CDXP+, which applies AI solutions to enterprise software supporting real-time data-driven marketing automation and overall customer experience management, has surged as the financial sector's need for AI adoption increases. As a result, orders for next-generation projects have risen significantly."

Lee added, "The newly inaugurated Lee Jaemyung administration has pledged an AI investment policy of 100 trillion KRW with the goal of making Korea one of the world's top three AI powerhouses. With massive budget allocations anticipated, Obzen is developing AI agent technology utilizing generative AI and LLM (large language models), and plans to apply AI marketing solutions to the financial sector within this year. Furthermore, as the government targets a 95% public AI adoption rate, the company is expected to benefit from the accelerating digital transformation."

He continued, "Obzen is the only profitable company among its domestic peer group, yet it has the lowest market capitalization, so it is likely to attract increasing attention going forward."
