On June 10, Changwon Special City Council in Gyeongnam delivered approximately 800 donated items from council members and staff to the Yongho branch of Areumdawoon Store.
The council explained that, in response to the era of climate crisis, they decided to practice resource circulation in daily life by donating clothing, books, and household goods. These items will be sold at Areumdawoon Store, and the proceeds will be used to support vulnerable groups within the city.

An official from Areumdawoon Store stated, "The items donated by the council have had a carbon reduction effect equivalent to planting 15 pine trees that are 30 years old," and added, "It is also comparable to reducing the use of 20,000 disposable paper cups."
Chairman Tae-hwa Son said, "Through this event, we hope to share the value of giving and encourage more people to participate in resource circulation activities," and added, "Our council will always take the lead in supporting neighbors and the local community in need."
