Up to 10 million KRW for planning and development
The Daejeon Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency announced that it is accepting applications for the 'Platform Content Production Support Project' until June 30.
The support project is divided into two categories: 'Daejeon IP Utilization' and 'Planning and Development Support.' For the Daejeon IP Utilization category, one project will be selected and supported with up to 100 million KRW. For the Planning and Development Support category, a total of four scenarios will be supported, each with up to 10 million KRW.
The agency expects that this project will encourage the sustainable production of content based on local materials and contribute to the overall revitalization of the Daejeon video industry ecosystem.
Lee Eunhak, the president of the agency, stated, "In response to the rapidly changing trends in the short-form drama market, we will actively support the production of short-form content in Daejeon, which serves as a hub for special video production." He added, "Through this project, we will not only secure diversity in local content but also spare no effort in supporting global expansion and strengthening the competitiveness of emerging creative talent."
