BNK Busan Bank announced on June 10 that it has completely revamped its group account service. Specifically, the bank has improved the convenience of joining groups, strengthened joint management features, and enhanced the overall user experience and interface.
Users can now convert their existing deposit and withdrawal accounts into group accounts. The process has been streamlined so that when a new group account is opened via mobile banking, users are automatically enrolled in the group management service without needing to apply separately.
The joint management features for group accounts have also been significantly enhanced. Group leaders can easily invite members through KakaoTalk, contacts, or invitation links, and invited members can join the group even if they do not have a Busan Bank deposit account. By selecting the recurring membership fee feature, the system automatically checks whether members have paid their dues, making it easy to identify any outstanding payments at a glance. The user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) have also been redesigned to allow for more intuitive use of the group account service.
Ok Youngsoo, head of the Non-face-to-face Customer Department at Busan Bank, stated, "We hope that group activities among our customers will become even more active based on the Busan Bank group account," adding, "We will continue to expand customer-centric digital financial services in the future."
