This agreement was pursued as a strategic partnership to proactively respond to the rapidly changing global legal tech environment and to grow as a leading company in the legal tech field in the Asian market. The two companies plan to actively cooperate in enhancing core service features such as legal AI-based contract review, and in implementing localization strategies tailored to each country's market in the future.
Based on the business agreement with BoostDraft, BHSN plans to launch legal services specialized for the Japanese market within the year, including contract review and legal Q&A functions. Lim Jungkeun, CEO of BHSN, will lead the localization strategy based on his practical experience at a major Japanese law firm.
Lim stated, "Starting with Japan, we will strive to lead the provision of services that improve work efficiency in the Asian legal tech market."
