Twosome Place announced on June 10 that it has opened a new store on the 4th floor of Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, surpassing 1,700 stores nationwide.
Twosome Place has steadily increased its number of stores across the country, consistently expanding its presence each year. Reaching the milestone of 1,700 stores is seen as the result of this growth trajectory and serves as an important milestone that will allow the company to broaden its reach with global customers, based on its solid position in the domestic market.
The newly opened 'Incheon Airport Terminal 1 4F Branch' is located in the iconic setting of Incheon International Airport, a hub for travelers from around the world. It serves as a strategic outpost that showcases the brand identity of a premium dessert cafe and demonstrates its potential for global expansion. In particular, the store is significant as it strengthens its role as a global hub that promotes the appeal of Korean-style cafe culture (K-cafe) by expanding its connection with international customers beyond Korea.
The new store is situated within the 'Korean Culture Street' area of Incheon International Airport, offering a space that harmoniously blends tradition and modernity. The store design incorporates traditional architectural elements, including a wooden bar counter and storage cabinets adorned with traditional patterns, to complement the existing Korean-style structures and large media art wall, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The wall behind the bar counter is the tallest structure among all stores in Incheon Airport, providing both a strong visual impact and a unique sense of space.
Service convenience for global customers has also been enhanced. The menu is available in Korean, English, and Chinese, while the self-service kiosks support four languages, including Japanese. A global card payment system has also been introduced, allowing international customers to easily enjoy Twosome’s premium desserts and coffee.
The store offers K-drinks such as 'Uri Ssal Sikhye' (Korean rice punch) and 'Uri Daechu Sujeonggwa' (Korean jujube cinnamon punch), introducing the appeal of authentic Korean flavors. In addition, a variety of desserts are available, including signature cakes such as 'Abak', 'Gwa Ilsaeng' (fresh cream fruit cake), and petite cakes that are miniature versions of whole cakes, providing a delightful gourmet experience.
