340 Units in Total... Premium Complex with Large-Sized Residences
BS Hanyang began move-ins on June 5 for the 'Jorye Sujain Edition,' a residential complex built in Jorye-dong, Suncheon-si, Jeollanam-do.
On June 9, BS Hanyang described the complex as "a premium residential community composed entirely of large-sized units," and added, "It is receiving positive feedback from residents thanks to its rare product quality, prime location, and community facilities, which are uncommon in Suncheon."
'Jorye Sujain Edition' consists of five buildings with four basement levels and 27 above-ground floors, totaling 340 units with exclusive areas of 101 and 125 square meters. All units have been designed to penthouse standards, offering a differentiated living experience. For the first time in Suncheon, a theater room has been established within the complex, along with community facilities such as a party room, GX room, and screen golf range. Professional trainers and baristas are stationed on-site. Residents can enjoy these related services free of charge for 12 months after moving in. These services are scheduled to commence on the first day of the month following the end of the move-in period.
The location and natural environment are also key advantages. Developed as part of the Bonghwasan Private Park Special Project, the complex allows residents to enjoy a park of approximately 81,000 square meters (about 24,500 pyeong) as if it were their own garden. Water features such as a flower terrace garden, tiered fountains, waterways, and ground fountains have also been installed.
Jorye-dong is one of the most sought-after residential areas in Suncheon. The area is densely packed with lifestyle infrastructure, including large supermarkets, Jorye Lake Park, and libraries. The educational environment is excellent, with schools such as Wangjo Elementary and Dongsan Girls' Middle School, as well as a cluster of private academies, located nearby. Transportation networks such as Suncheon IC, Sungwang-ro, and Bonghwa-ro are also well established.
Since August this year, there have been no new residential complexes opening in Suncheon for about two years, highlighting the scarcity of newly built apartments in the area.
