Paris Test-Drive Tour for Contracted and Purchasing Customers
On June 9, Renault Korea announced that it will launch a waiting program ahead of the August release of the 'Senik E-Tech 100% Electric', which was named Car of the Year in Europe.
Until June 26, the company will hold the 'Senik Early Check-in Event'. Fifty customers who register as interested early check-in participants on the official website will be selected by lottery to receive two invitation tickets each to the 'Meet the Senik' event held at Renault Seongsu. The event, scheduled for July 4, will offer the first opportunity to experience the Senik in Korea, along with a variety of special benefits.
In addition, a mobile test-drive event will be held. Four customers who have completed their interest registration will be selected by lottery to receive a test-drive voucher, allowing them to drive the Senik for one night and two days before the official launch.
Furthermore, from June 27 to August 17, three customers who sign a contract and purchase the Senik will be selected by lottery to participate in the 'Delivery Program', which offers an opportunity to preview the vehicle at the Renault flagship showroom in Paris, France. The program includes a five-day, three-night itinerary featuring a Senik Paris test-drive tour and various experiences designed to fully immerse participants in the French atmosphere of Paris.
Meanwhile, the Senik Electric boasts dynamic driving performance by combining an electric motor with a maximum output of 160kW (218ps) and a maximum torque of 300Nm with a body weight of 1,855kg, based on the dedicated electric vehicle platform 'AmpR Medium'.
The vehicle is equipped with the 'Fireman Access' electric vehicle fire response technology, which creates a separate channel in the battery case to allow direct water injection onto the battery. In addition, the 'Pyro Switch' is installed to cut off battery power in the event of an accident, further enhancing fire safety.
The flat floor design provides a spacious interior. The second row offers a class-leading 278mm of knee room and 884mm of headroom. The vehicle is also equipped with the luxury-brand-level 'Solarbay Panoramic Sunroof', which allows passengers to adjust the transparency according to their preference. The Senik Electric was recognized for its outstanding product value by winning the '2024 European Car of the Year' award at the 2024 Geneva Motor Show.
