Promotional Center Opens on June 9, Collaboration with Global Partners
Samsung C&T Resort Division to Attend and Present Project Vision

HDC Hyundai Development Company will open a promotional center for Yongsan Maintenance Depot Front Zone 1 on June 9, where it will present its development plans together with its partner companies.

In particular, the Resort Division of Samsung C&T will attend the opening ceremony in person to express its commitment and vision for the project. During the operation of the promotional center, visitors will also be able to experience the premium service of the global hotel brand Park Hyatt.
To secure this project, HDC Hyundai Development Company has brought together global design and operational expertise under its "World Class Partners" strategy. Architectural design is being handled by SMDP, which designed Raemian One Bailey and Nine One Hannam. Structural design is managed by LERA, known for the New York World Trade Center and Lotte Tower. Real estate consulting is provided by CBRE, the world's leading company in the field.
Additionally, landscape lighting is designed by LPA, which worked on Aman Tokyo and Changi International Airport. Landscaping is managed by the Resort Division of Samsung C&T, which has received the Korea Landscape Award and the IFLA Award. Park Hyatt, the top-tier brand of the global Hyatt hotel group, is also participating in the project.

HDC Hyundai Development Company has also pledged to bring a Park Hyatt hotel to Front Zone 1. Visitors to the promotional center will be able to experience Park Hyatt's distinctive services and brand identity firsthand. Park Hyatt currently operates in Seoul and Busan, and plans to add another landmark hotel in Yongsan.
The Resort Division of Samsung C&T will also attend the opening ceremony in person to express its commitment to a specialized landscaping strategy and spatial design direction. Based on its extensive experience in landscaping design for domestic and international mixed-use developments, Samsung C&T is expected to further enhance the quality of premium community spaces in this Front Zone 1 project.
The promotional center for Yongsan Maintenance Depot Front Zone 1 by HDC Hyundai Development Company will be open until June 21. The contractor selection meeting is scheduled for June 22.
The redevelopment of Yongsan Maintenance Depot Front Zone 1 will take place at 40-641 Hangangno 3-ga, Yongsan-gu, and will involve the construction of 12 buildings ranging from 6 basement levels to 38 above-ground floors, including 777 apartment units, 894 officetel units, as well as retail, neighborhood living, and office facilities.
