Korea-China-Japan Noodle Festival to Be Held at Anseong Matchum Land on June 7-8

The city of Anseong announced on June 5 that it will host the "2025 Korea-China-Japan Food Culture Festival" at Anseong Matchum Land over two days, from June 7 to 8.

This festival is designed to introduce the unique food cultures of the three countries, with "noodles" as a common ingredient, and to broaden mutual cultural understanding.

During the festival, renowned chefs from Korea and abroad will present special dishes from each country. Jack (Im Jinhwa), executive chef of Jinjeong Restaurant at Macau MELCO Resort, master chef Seo Junghui from Korea, and Lee Sunok, Korea's first female master chef, are scheduled to give cooking demonstrations.

A variety of hands-on events will also be held, including a family cooking contest and noodle cooking experience programs. Local traditional market vendors will participate directly in the festival, further strengthening ties with the local economy.

An Seonghun, winner of "Mr. Trot 2" and promotional ambassador for Anseong, will serve as a special judge for the cooking contest. He will also host a separate talk show during the festival.
