On June 5, Koramco REITs Management & Trust announced that it will publicly recruit participants for its 2025 internship program, which will take place during the university summer break from July to the end of August.
The internship aims to provide soon-to-be university graduates with comprehensive education and on-the-job training in real estate finance.
Koramco is a real estate finance company that has maintained the number one market share in the domestic private REITs industry for 24 years. It is recognized for its diversified portfolio, which includes REITs, real estate funds, and real estate trusts.
Eligible applicants are students scheduled to graduate in August of this year or February of next year. Preference will be given to students majoring in business, real estate, or architecture, as well as those who hold relevant certifications or have experience in real estate finance-related activities both inside and outside of school.
Koramco plans to provide participants with diverse and in-depth practical experience in real estate finance operations, including REITs, real estate funds, and real estate trusts, as well as meaningful career opportunities. The internship period will run for a total of nine weeks, from July 1 to August 31, with the workplace located at Koramco's headquarters in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
Applications must be submitted through the Koramco recruitment website by June 10. Successful candidates will be announced at the end of next month.
