Gwangju Urban Corporation to Operate "One-on-One Consultation Desk" for Cheomdan 3 District Land Sale

Gwangju Urban Corporation (President Kim Seungnam) announced on June 5 that it will operate a "Joint One-on-One Consultation Desk" with related organizations for two days, June 9 and 10, at the consultation office on the first floor of the corporation. This initiative aims to promote the sale of industrial land and attract investment for the Cheomdan 3 District in the Gwangju R&D Special Zone.


This consultation desk is jointly operated by Gwangju Urban Corporation, the Gwangju Free Economic Zone Authority, and Jangseong County, targeting companies interested in moving into the Cheomdan 3 District industrial land within the Gwangju R&D Special Zone. Each organization will provide customized one-on-one consultations with interested companies to offer smooth support services for their relocation.


In particular, this joint consultation desk is expected to attract significant interest from companies, as it will provide one-stop information on investment agreements and incentives, tax reduction benefits, and industrial complex location conditions.


The industrial land for Cheomdan 3 District being offered this time will have differentiated supply prices for each lot, reflecting geographic advantages. The average sale price is 729,338 KRW per square meter and 2,411,045 KRW per pyeong.


The eligible industries for relocation to the industrial land (manufacturing) are: C23 (Manufacture of non-metallic mineral products), C26 (Manufacture of electronic components, computers, visual, sound and communication equipment), C27 (Manufacture of medical, precision, optical instruments and watches), C28 (Manufacture of electrical equipment), and C29 (Manufacture of other machinery and equipment). Permitted industries differ for each lot. For industrial land (R&D), the eligible sectors are J (Information and communications) and M (Professional, scientific and technical services). For industrial land (distribution), the eligible sector is H49~52 (Transportation and warehousing).
