This campaign is a relay participation movement jointly organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea Human Resources Development Institute for Health and Welfare, aiming to build national consensus on population issues such as low birth rates, population decline, and aging. CEO Jung participated after being nominated by Ha Hyungjoo, Chairman of the Seoul Olympic Memorial National Sports Promotion Foundation.
In confirming his participation, CEO Jung stated, "Population issues such as low birth rates and aging are the most important challenges that all citizens must pay attention to and work to resolve," adding, "Kamco will continue to actively cooperate with government policies to address population issues."
Meanwhile, last year Kamco launched the "Work-Family Win-Win Child Love Task Force," co-chaired by representatives of labor and management, and has been introducing measures to improve working conditions, such as supporting housing stability and guaranteeing childcare time for employees raising young children without homes.
