Park Dongjin, head of Masanhappo District Office in Changwon Special City, Gyeongnam, conducted an on-site inspection of the apartment management support project, which is being promoted to improve the residential environment of aging apartment complexes.
Park Dongjin, head of Hapogu District Office, is conducting an on-site inspection of the apartment management support project.
According to Masanhappo District Office on June 4, this year's Changwon City Apartment Management Support Project provides subsidies for projects such as the improvement of aging facilities within apartment complexes, community revitalization, and improvement of working conditions. This year, 12 complexes have been selected, receiving a total of 222 million KRW in support. Of these, 10 complexes have completed their projects, while 2 are still under construction.
In particular, Masanhappo District is an old downtown area where many aging apartment complexes are concentrated, resulting in a heavy burden of maintenance costs that previously made repairs difficult. By implementing these repairs through the management support project, there has been a very positive response from local residents.
Park Dongjin stated, "Apartment painting projects are initiatives that directly benefit residents and are also necessary to improve the appearance of our district," adding, "We will continue to make efforts to support more apartment management projects to help enhance the living conditions of our residents."
