Mgen Solution Unveils 'AI Autonomous Firefighting Robot' at Fire Safety Expo, Attracting Strong Global Buyer Interest

Mgen Solution participated in the 2025 International Fire Safety Expo held at Daegu EXCO, where it successfully concluded the exhibition by unveiling for the first time its "Artificial Intelligence (AI) Autonomous Firefighting Robot," which is being developed in collaboration with its subsidiary Hyundai Infracore.

This year's expo, held from May 28 to May 30, featured a record 427 companies and 1,521 booths, drawing significant attention to smart firefighting technologies and unmanned response systems. In particular, the booth showcasing Mgen Solution's "AI Autonomous Firefighting Robot" attracted both domestic and international buyers and professionals from the firefighting industry, resulting in a steady stream of visitors each day.

The AI Autonomous Firefighting Robot presented by Mgen Solution boasts next-generation disaster response technology that surpasses the limitations of existing firefighting systems. It is equipped with an automated system capable of 24-hour unmanned monitoring and initial fire response within 30 seconds, fire detection and real-time suppression functions, autonomous navigation over slopes and obstacles, AI-based prediction and decision-making, as well as security and patrol systems.

Notably, the robot can autonomously perform security, surveillance, fire suppression, and rescue operations even in environments that are difficult for humans to access, such as high-risk industrial sites or large factory premises. This demonstrates its potential for use across various industries and has been well received by industry professionals both in Korea and abroad.

On the day of the exhibition, representatives from leading firefighting technology companies from countries such as the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Singapore, as well as high-ranking officials from firefighting agencies in countries including Uzbekistan and Mongolia, visited the booth to see the product firsthand. In-depth discussions were held with a Singaporean company regarding local installation solutions, and concrete cooperation plans were also discussed with safety managers from major domestic conglomerates in the electrical, electronics, and semiconductor sectors, as well as companies operating logistics centers. In addition, a total of approximately 100 consultations were conducted with buyers from both Korea and overseas, including those from North America.

The AI Autonomous Firefighting Robot is scheduled to complete its final testing and product enhancements by July, after which it will be commercialized. The company plans to actively promote its supply to industrial sites both domestically and internationally. Going forward, it will accelerate supply to various industrial sites and firefighting agencies worldwide, while providing customized services and continuous technical support.

A representative from Mgen Solution stated, "Most firefighting robots exhibited at this expo require external hoses to suppress fires, but the AI Autonomous Firefighting Robot is equipped with its own water supply, enabling much faster initial response. It was a very meaningful opportunity to directly showcase our core technology and differentiated performance at the event."
