222 Employees Participate, Achieving 124% of Step Goal
Donation of 1 Million Won to Gangseo Yangcheon Happiness Sharing Project Group
The Korea Small and Medium Business Distribution Center announced on June 4 that it had successfully completed the "Hanyuwalk" labor-management joint walking donation campaign, which was held from the 1st to the 23rd of last month.
The "Hanyuwalk" labor-management joint walking donation campaign was designed to encourage employees to walk, thereby practicing environmental protection, and to implement public institution ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management by donating funds to the local community when step goals are achieved.

A total of 222 employees, including CEO Lee Taesik, participated in the Hanyuwalk campaign, achieving more than 124% of the targeted 30 million steps.
After achieving its walking goal, the Korea Small and Medium Business Distribution Center donated 1 million won worth of Onnuri gift certificates to the Gangseo Yangcheon Happiness Sharing Project Group, a local social welfare organization, on the 30th of last month. The donation will be used for projects such as lunchbox sharing and home repair for the underprivileged in the community, through the Gangseo Yangcheon Happiness Sharing Project Group.
CEO Lee stated, "Through this campaign, labor and management joined forces to accumulate steps, resulting in the triple effect of improving health, protecting the environment, and contributing to the local community through donations." He added, "We will continue to implement public institution ESG management through various programs in which labor and management participate together."
