Geochang County Recruiting Trainees for Agricultural Food Processing MD Startup Training Program

Geochang County in South Gyeongsang Province is recruiting participants for the "Agricultural Food Processing Startup Capacity Building MD Training Program" until June 10, in order to enhance capabilities in agricultural product processing startups.

This program targets farmers and prospective entrepreneurs who wish to plan and produce consumer-oriented processed agricultural products. The training will be held at the Small Lecture Room on the 2nd floor of the Future Agriculture Complex Education Center at the Geochang County Agricultural Technology Center, every Monday and Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., from June 16 to July 21, for a total of 10 sessions.

The curriculum consists of practical content, including: ▲Utilizing online sales platforms (such as Smart Store) ▲Marketing using social networking services (SNS) ▲Marketing and content creation using AI ▲Production of short-form videos for SNS ▲YouTube content creation, and more.

Residents who wish to participate can check the training schedule and application documents in the 'Legislation/Announcement/Notice' section of the county office website, and apply in person by June 10 at the Economic and Industrial Affairs department of their local Eup or Myeon Administrative Welfare Center.

Lee Changjin, Head of the Future Agriculture Division, stated, "Through this training, we hope to strengthen capabilities that go beyond simple processing, encompassing sales and marketing skills as well, ultimately enhancing the competitiveness of local processed agricultural products."
