On June 3, the final voter turnout for the 21st presidential election in the Gyeongnam region was provisionally tallied at 78.5%.
According to the National Election Commission, a total of 2,776,028 residents of Gyeongnam exercised their right to vote in the 21st presidential election, which was held until 8:00 p.m. on this day.
Of these, 1,874,504 people voted on election day, while 901,524 participated in early voting.

By city and county, the voter turnout was as follows: Changwon 79.8%, Jinju 79.9%, Tongyeong 77.4%, Goseong 77.6%, Sacheon 77.5%, Gimhae 77.5%, Miryang 77.0%, and Geoje 76.5%.
Other areas reported the following turnout rates: Uiryeong 78.2%, Haman 78.1%, Changnyeong 76.5%, Yangsan 78.1%, Yangsan (second district) 80.2%, Namhae 78.8%, Hamyang 79.0%, Sancheong 79.7%, Geochang 79.1%, and Hapcheon 77.5%.
