The Financial Supervisory Service announced on June 4 that it is accepting applications from universities nationwide for support in offering the 'Practical Finance' course for the second semester of 2025.
Since 2016, the Financial Supervisory Service has been providing universities that establish Practical Finance courses with finance education instructors, textbooks, and other resources, supporting students in acquiring essential financial competencies for everyday life through university curricula.
Practical Finance refers to practical financial knowledge useful in daily life, including understanding financial products, managing debt and credit, pensions, insurance, and financial consumer protection systems.
The application period runs from today until June 30. The Financial Supervisory Service plans to support participating universities with instructors, textbooks, and materials for online courses.
