Global hospitality company Hilton has unveiled its first Waldorf Astoria hotel in Japan, the Waldorf Astoria Osaka. The hotel features a total of 252 guest rooms and was designed by architect Andre Fu, reflecting the brand's signature elegance. Since its beginnings in 1893 at The Waldorf, Waldorf Astoria's culinary tradition has built its reputation through numerous signature dishes such as the Waldorf Salad, Eggs Benedict, and Red Velvet Cake. Now, this legacy continues once again in Osaka, known as the "Kitchen of Japan."

Andrew Moore, General Manager of Waldorf Astoria Osaka, stated, "In Osaka, often called the 'Kitchen of Japan,' Waldorf Astoria introduces a new standard that further elevates the city's culinary culture." He added, "Every dining concept has been crafted with a foundation of craftsmanship and creativity, reinterpreting Osaka’s unique traditions for modern travelers. From classic dishes to innovative omakase experiences, the culinary journey at Waldorf Astoria Osaka captures the very essence of this vibrant city."

Inspired by Japanese craftsmanship, Waldorf Astoria Osaka provides refined service and experiences. The hotel’s restaurants are meticulously designed to highlight the unique character and atmosphere of each space, and a 'Junior Gourmand Menu' is available for children, ensuring families can enjoy a comfortable dining experience together.
