Mirae Asset Securities announced on June 2 that it has launched a beta version of the 'AI Recommendation Search' service on its mobile trading system (MTS), M-STOCK.
This newly introduced service combines natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies with the existing search function. Unlike conventional systems that simply recognize input as it is, this service accurately understands even typos or ambiguous expressions. For example, if a user mistakenly enters 'Endibia' instead of 'Nvidia', the AI will automatically correct it to 'Nvidia' and provide the relevant information.
Even when a user enters a query with no search results, the system identifies the user's intent and suggests the most appropriate menu, as well as related keywords composed of stocks or industries associated with the search term, helping investors explore new information.
This service can be accessed through the 'Try Now' button, which appears as a popup in the search bar at the top of the M-STOCK app. It is currently in the beta phase, and during this period, the company plans to improve the response quality based on actual search data before officially launching the service in the future.
A Mirae Asset Securities representative stated, "Under the slogan of WealthTech, which refers to technology that enhances customer asset value, we are supporting customers in actively utilizing AI technology to make better investment decisions," adding, "We will continue to strive to deliver necessary investment information to customers more quickly and accurately."
Mirae Asset Securities is focusing on providing customized investment solutions by developing financial services utilizing AI. Notably, the 'AI Investment Information' service delivers personalized investment information through a recommendation algorithm and detects risk factors that may affect stock prices, sending notifications to users. Recently, the company also introduced the 'AI Issue Check' service, which summarizes issues related to U.S. stocks experiencing sharp price fluctuations.
