Hanmi Semiconductor announced on June 2 that it will open a new office in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province.
Following the opening of its Cheongju office in April last year, Hanmi Semiconductor has now established its second regional base by opening the Icheon office in Gyeonggi Province. This is a strategic move aimed at responding to customers' technical requirements in real time and providing customized services.
Founded in 1980, Hanmi Semiconductor is a global company with approximately 320 clients worldwide, leveraging its unparalleled experience and expertise in the global semiconductor market. As the world's leading producer of TC bonders for HBM manufacturing, the company has maintained and developed its proprietary technologies by establishing an Intellectual Property Department in 2002 and has filed a total of about 120 patents for HBM equipment to date. By securing intellectual property rights for its core technologies, Hanmi Semiconductor expects to further enhance the competitiveness of its equipment.
