This nationwide contest was organized to promote data-driven administrative innovation and discover policies that citizens can tangibly experience. A total of 55 ideas were submitted by 131 participants.

The judging was conducted fairly through internal review and evaluations by a panel of experts, including the Big Data Committee and the Regional Informatization Council.

The Grand Prize was awarded to the "Mukyung Rider" team for their idea, "The More You Pedal, the Closer You Get to Yeongju's Charm! Young Bike." This idea proposed a customized tourism service that allows visitors to explore Yeongju's nature and culture by bicycle through a smart bicycle platform, earning high marks for both planning and feasibility.

In addition, two Excellence Awards and three Encouragement Awards were given. The winning entries will be published on the Yeongju City Hall website. Yeongju City plans to share these ideas with citizens and use them as reference materials for future data-driven policy development.

Kim Han-deuk, Director of Public Relations and Computing at Yeongju City, stated, "This contest marks the starting point for data-driven administration created together with citizens," and added, "We will actively incorporate citizens' ideas so that they can be reflected in practical policies."
