The pilot purchase program for technology development products is a program in which public institutions make trial purchases of innovative products from small and medium-sized enterprises, providing opportunities for real-world validation and supporting stable initial market entry. Only products that pass rigorous evaluations for technological capability, marketability, and innovation are registered. CUBIG's LLM Capsule was recognized for its potential as an innovative solution that combines AI and data security.
LLM Capsule is a generative AI security solution that operates by being installed on the user's laptop. When using public LLMs such as ChatGPT, it detects personal and sensitive information within documents in real time and immediately anonymizes it locally at the input stage, completely blocking external leaks. This information is not transmitted to CUBIG's servers, so users retain full control over their data. It can also operate in network-segregated environments, making it a secure option for organizations handling sensitive data, such as public institutions, financial, and medical sectors.
Notably, LLM Capsule is the first in Korea to apply 'Differential Privacy' technology to sensitive information filtering, fundamentally preventing the possibility of original data being traced back through external attacks. In addition, it is highly regarded for enhancing enterprise security management features, such as configuring sensitive information detection items according to institutional policies, controlling user-specific access rights, and managing prompt filtering history, going beyond a simple installable security solution.
This selection as a pilot purchase product is particularly meaningful as it demonstrates both the technical completeness and public sector effectiveness of LLM Capsule, based on existing credible certifications and awards, such as GS certification and the Information Security Product Innovation Award.
