'Tamna Dream' Educational Donation Program
Operated since 2022... Eight Sessions Planned This Year
On May 30, Jeju Air announced that it had conducted job training for 50 middle and high school students aspiring to become cabin crew members.

As part of the educational donation program called 'Tamna Dream,' participants spent a day touring the Jeju Air Cabin Training Center, learning about the duties of cabin crew, experiencing safety training, and practicing in-flight service. They also received certificates of completion.
Jeju Air has been running this program since February 2022, and last year alone, 383 students participated. This year, the company plans to hold the program a total of eight times and participate in the Korea Educational Donation Expo to provide more educational opportunities to young people.
Students who wish to participate in 'Tamna Dream' can submit an application through the Educational Donation Portal website. Once participation is confirmed, they will be contacted individually. A Jeju Air representative said, "We hope that by directly experiencing the work of cabin crew, young people will be able to better define and pursue their dreams," adding, "We will continue to expand various job experience opportunities for youth in the future."
