KakaoPay Joins as Payment Partner for 'Seoul Jazz Festival'

Up to 3,000 Pay Points Awarded and More

On May 30, KakaoPay announced that it would participate as the official sponsor and exclusive payment partner of the 'Seoul Jazz Festival,' which opens on the same day.

KakaoPay has prepared brand experiences for festival attendees, offering payment benefits and special merchandise.

At the event, KakaoPay is running a stamp mission: if you make a payment of at least 10,000 KRW using KakaoPay, you can earn up to 3,000 KakaoPay Points depending on the number of transactions.

For the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th payments, 500 points are awarded each time. Upon reaching 10 payments, an additional 1,000 points are given. The points received can be used for subsequent payments.

For users unfamiliar with easy payment methods, a payment information booth has been set up outside Gate 1 of the 88 Lawn Field. If you visit the payment information booth and verify the installation of the KakaoPay application (app), you will receive a retro cassette tape keyring on a first-come, first-served basis.

For those who may have difficulty using KakaoPay, such as digitally vulnerable groups, minors under the age of 14, and foreigners, cash payments are also accepted.

A booth embodying the brand’s values has also been set up. At the 'Waterdrop Booth,' you can receive refreshing bottled water, essential for enjoying an outdoor festival, for just 100 KRW on a first-come, first-served basis at every hour.

Every day at 12 p.m., 2 p.m., and 5 p.m., water bottles and charming decorative items are also available for 100 KRW on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition, special collaboration goods needed at the festival site, such as wet wipes and hydration care kits, can be purchased for 100 KRW.

Seojepae 2025 will be held at Olympic Park in Songpa-gu, Seoul, until June 1. The KakaoPay Waterdrop Booth can be found inside the 88 Lawn Field, next to Gate 3.
