Business Agreement for Promoting Mutual Academic Exchange
Joint Academic Conference Scheduled for September
The National Museum of Korean Contemporary History under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced on May 30 that it had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Korean Nationalist Movement History Association in the museum's conference room to promote mutual academic exchange.

This agreement was established to discover new research findings on major topics in modern and contemporary Korean history, and to build an academic cooperation system aimed at increasing public interest and understanding.
Marking the signing of the agreement, the two organizations have decided to hold their first joint academic conference on "Modern Korean Political and Social History through Publicity and Advertising Materials" at the National Museum of Korean Contemporary History at 1:00 p.m. on September 18.
Hansoo, Director of the National Museum of Korean Contemporary History, emphasized, "Founded in 1984, the Korean Nationalist Movement History Association has played a significant role as an academic organization in researching and disseminating the history of nationalist movements. Through this agreement, both institutions will cooperate and contribute to revitalizing research on modern and contemporary history."
