On May 30, Ecopro announced that it recently held the '2025 Goodcycling Campaign Donation Ceremony' together with Goodwill Store, a vocational rehabilitation facility for people with disabilities operated by the Milal Welfare Foundation, at both its Pohang Campus in North Gyeongsang Province and its Ochang headquarters in Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province.
Goodwill Store conducts the Goodcycling Campaign by collecting donations of reusable items such as clothing, shoes, household goods, dolls, and electronic devices, and then selling them to generate revenue that is used to provide jobs for employees with disabilities. The campaign also promotes environmental protection through resource circulation. The term 'Goodcycling' is a compound word combining 'Goodwill Store' and 'recycling.'
Ecopro has participated in the Goodcycling Campaign for six consecutive times since 2020. This year's campaign was held simultaneously at the Pohang Campus, Ochang headquarters, Seoul office, and Hwaseong site in Gyeonggi Province. A total of about 300 employees took part in the campaign, donating 3,500 items.
An Ecopro representative stated, "As a company at the forefront of environmental protection, Ecopro expects that this campaign will help raise social awareness about resource circulation," and added, "We will continue to ensure that all employees practice the value of sharing and participate in environmental protection efforts."
