On this day, Governor Yu visited the site together with director-level officials from Wanju County Office, taking the lead in creating an atmosphere that encourages residents to participate in voting.
Early voting will be held for two days, from May 29 to May 30, and residents can vote from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at all early voting stations set up throughout Wanju County, including the Bongdong-eup Administrative Welfare Center.
Voters must bring identification (resident registration card, driver's license, passport, etc.) when voting. Early voting is much more convenient than voting on the main election day, as there are fewer restrictions on time and location.
In particular, residents who find it difficult to participate on the main election day, which falls on June 3, can easily vote at a nearby early voting station, playing a significant role in increasing voter turnout among residents.
