Raemian Onepentas Exterior Design Wins Gold Award
Specialized Design for Basement Drop-off Zone
Raemian COG Design Applied to Main Gate and Community Spaces
Samsung C&T Engineering & Construction Group announced on May 29 that it won a Gold Award and a Silver Award in two categories at the '2025 London Design Awards' for the exterior design of Raemian Onepentas and the Raemian COG (signage design), among others.
The London Design Awards is an international design competition in the fields of architecture, interior, UX, and UI, organized by the International Awards Associate (IAA). It discovers outstanding designs and creative projects from around the world. Last year, more than 2,500 entries were submitted from 30 countries.
The exterior design of Raemian Onepentas won the Gold Award in the architectural design category. The design features an organic, linear fa?ade inspired by the light reflected on the Han River, creating a sense of rhythm in the elevation. In addition, the drop-off zone, a hotel-style common space in the basement area, was specially designed to enhance both convenience and beauty within the complex.
The main drop-off zone, which serves as the vehicle pick-up and drop-off area at the entrance to the basement, was designed to resemble a gallery by installing art pieces. The wide drop-off zone, which integrates two buildings, features a streamlined frame and linear lighting design, providing a sense of unity with the exterior design.
Raemian COG Design 5.0 received the Silver Award in the communication design category. This design includes signage, pictograms, and font designs developed using three linear and light elements based on the Raemian BI. It has been applied to Raemian La Grande and Raemian Forestige.

From the main gate at the entrance of the complex to the community areas, building entrances, public hall floor indicators, and unit number signage, the design ensures a consistent experience throughout the residents' movement paths. The design maximizes the Raemian brand experience and is user-friendly by delivering refined information.
