Holmes Company Opens "Holmes Anam" in Partnership with Morgan Stanley

Single Floor Plan Available in Four Types

Holmes Company announced on May 29 that it has officially opened the co-living residence "Holmes Anam" in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, in collaboration with global investment bank Morgan Stanley.

This project, which consists of a total of 60 units, is an example of the combination of Morgan Stanley's global capital management capabilities and Holmes Company's domestic residential operation expertise. Holmes Anam is located near major urban education and medical hubs such as Korea University and Korea University Hospital. It is a five-minute walk from Bomun Station and provides access to key business districts such as Gwanghwamun within 30 minutes. The residence offers a single floor plan with an exclusive area of 25.2 square meters, available in four different types. All units come fully furnished with options such as a microwave and refrigerator, as well as high-performance facilities including an energy-saving condensing boiler and a system air conditioner.

In addition, various functional spaces such as meeting rooms, a fitness center, and study rooms have been provided, and some common areas operate on a reservation-only basis. Security design has also been enhanced, taking into account the lifestyle characteristics of single-person households.

Holmes Anam has been operating showroom tours on a reservation basis since April 30, and official move-in began on May 28. Contracts are available for a minimum period of one month, and various promotional benefits are offered during the pre-sales period.

He added, "The collaboration with Morgan Stanley is a symbolic example that demonstrates the market’s trust in Holmes Company's scalability and operational stability."
