This training is designed for 12 members of the Life Improvement Association and will be held every Monday at 1:30 p.m., for a total of eight sessions, combining both theory and practical exercises.

The main content includes: basic theory of aromatherapy; massage techniques for relieving neck and shoulder pain; hand massage for alleviating insomnia and stress; and breathing techniques for relaxation of body and mind. All programs are designed to be immediately applicable to daily life for mental and physical healing.

'Aromatherapy' is a natural therapy that utilizes the fragrance of natural plants to enhance physical and mental health. Through this course, the county aims to help rural women manage their health in daily life and provide opportunities to explore secondary career paths.

Participants who complete the course will be eligible to obtain a Level 2 Aromatherapy Certification and may also participate as community health activists in the future.

No Geumseon, Director of the Jinan County Agricultural Technology Center, stated, "I hope that members of the Korea Life Improvement Jinan County Association will grow as leaders who not only take care of their own health and that of their neighbors as aromatherapy experts, but also spread positive energy throughout the community. We will continue to support the empowerment and advancement of women farmers."
