On May 28, employees of Eastar Jet introduced "Tokushima Ramen," a Korean-style cup noodle reinterpreting Japanese Tokushima ramen, at the Seven-Eleven Challenge Store in Jamsil Station, Songpa-gu, Seoul. Eastar Jet, which exclusively operates the Incheon?Tokushima, Japan route, has collaborated with Seven-Eleven, Harim, and Tokushima Prefecture to reinterpret "Tokushima Ramen"?known for its soy sauce and pork bone (tonkotsu) broth, which can only be found in Tokushima?into a cup noodle. Starting today, Tokushima Ramen will be available at Seven-Eleven stores nationwide.
