This year, the program plans to offer comprehensive, full-cycle education on digital content, from planning to production, primarily targeting young people in the province. In addition to step-by-step training programs, the initiative will provide production support grants and a mentoring program based on trainee performance evaluations, and will hold a year-end exhibition to further strengthen trainee capabilities and expand the program's impact.

The specific training program is divided into three levels?beginner, intermediate, and advanced?designed to help participants grow step by step. The curriculum goes beyond simple video shooting or editing and includes topics such as ▲utilizing AI-based content production tools, ▲content channel operation strategies, and ▲designing monetization models, focusing on the latest trends and practical skill development.

Outstanding trainees in the intermediate and advanced courses will receive a total of 35 million KRW in production support grants and one-on-one mentoring with experts, which is expected to further motivate participation in the program.

The year-end achievement sharing event will feature the selection and awarding of outstanding graduates, as well as a networking program to foster collaboration and exchange among creators, helping graduates continue their activities as digital creators in the local community.

Applications for the training program are open until June 20, and detailed information on how to apply and about the program can be found on the Jeonbuk Content Convergence Agency website.

Lee Jeongseok, Director of Culture, Sports, and Tourism for the province, stated, "We have focused on creating a foundation for local youth aspiring to become digital creators to take on new challenges and grow," adding, "Jeonbuk Province will do its utmost to provide full support as a partner."
