Sinan County Holds "Integrity Flower Sharing Event" to Promote Integrity Culture

On May 28, Sinan County in South Jeolla Province held a special event called the "Integrity Flower Sharing Event" to promote awareness of integrity and to spread a culture of integrity.

The county organized this event to distribute peony flowers, which had been cut to protect the seedlings after the "2025 Island Peony Flower Festival" ended on May 25, to its employees. The peony flower symbolizes "shyness" or "modesty," which are core values of integrity. The event was held to remind employees of the importance of integrity and to encourage them to put it into practice.

Employees who participated in the event said, "Receiving beautiful flowers in the morning made the day start warmly and pleasantly."

Kim Daein, Deputy County Governor Acting as County Governor, stated, "Integrity is a shared value that all public officials must uphold together," and added, "I hope that, like the fragrance of peony flowers, the spirit of integrity will spread throughout the county, creating a trustworthy public service."
