Carrot Launches Information Service for the 21st Presidential Election

Check Pledge Information, Polling Station Locations, and Voter Turnout

Carrot announced on the 28th that it will launch an integrated election information service that allows users to access a wide range of election-related information, including details about candidates and their campaign pledges, ahead of the 21st presidential election.

Since 2020, Carrot has been providing information services related to major elections, such as presidential elections, National Assembly elections, and local elections, during each election season.

Through a presidential election information service banner displayed on the Carrot app's home feed, users can check information on candidates and their pledges, polling station locations, real-time early and main voting turnout by region, and, after vote counting begins, real-time vote percentages for each candidate.

From the launch of the service, users can immediately view information on the presidential candidates' pledges. Notably, this year, a new "Ask About Pledges" artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot feature has been introduced. When users ask questions about pledges in areas of interest, the AI chatbot provides answers.

During the early voting period, users can directly search for polling station information using the "Early Voting Stations in My Neighborhood" button, and during the main voting period, through the "Find My Polling Station" button. Once voting begins, users can check the real-time turnout rate for the region where they have checked in. Even after voting ends, real-time vote counts for each candidate remain available.
