Woowa Brothers, the operator of Baemin, announced on May 28 that it is recruiting for the '2025 Woowa Intern' program. First launched in 2021, the Woowa Intern program is a recruitment-linked internship that allows participants to gain hands-on corporate experience and develop collaboration skills and business acumen in a short period of time.
This year's Woowa Intern program, now in its fourth iteration, is recruiting for the BA (Business Analyst) position. The company aims to proactively secure talent with strong data capabilities in response to the growing importance of data-driven decision-making in today's business environment. BAs are responsible for deriving insights through data analysis and supporting rational business decisions.
Interns will be assigned to departments where BAs are needed and will work on real-world, case-based assignments to systematically enhance the data competencies valued by the company. In addition, they will have the opportunity to experience Woowa Brothers' organizational culture, including the 'Woowa Work Principles.' The internship will run for eight weeks, from July 7 to August 29. Outstanding interns will be given the opportunity to join the company as full-time employees based on their final evaluations at the end of the program.
The document screening process will be open until June 3, and applications can be submitted via the Woowa Brothers recruitment website. Kwak Jia, Head of Organizational Culture Innovation at Woowa Brothers, stated, "We expect that talented individuals with potential will build their capabilities through practical experience and make significant contributions to Baemin's long-term growth in the future," adding, "We hope to see strong interest and applications from those who wish to start their careers with Baemin."
