Sales Begin at 10 a.m. on June 4 via 'SeoulPayPlus (SeoulPAY+)'
Issuance Volume Increased from 100 Million Won to 500 Million Won, Individual Purchase Limit Raised from 100,000 Won to 200,000 Won
Up to 30% Discount with Payback Benefits... Mutual Prosperity Expected for Consumers and Small Business Owners
Yeongdeungpo District (District Mayor Ho Kwon Choi) announced that it will significantly expand both the issuance volume and consumer benefits of the 'Yeongdeungpo Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificate' to revitalize the local economy and alleviate the management burden on local small business owners. Sales will begin at 10 a.m. on June 4.
The 'Yeongdeungpo Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificate' is a local voucher that can be used on the delivery-only mobile app 'Ttaenggyeoyo.' The district has increased the monthly issuance volume from 100 million won to 500 million won and doubled the individual purchase limit from 100,000 won to 200,000 won, thereby enhancing consumer benefits.
In particular, this gift certificate offers a payback benefit, allowing users to enjoy up to a 30% discount. First, users can purchase the 'Yeongdeungpo Ttaenggyeoyo Gift Certificate' at a 15% discount off face value through the SeoulPayPlus (SeoulPAY+) app. When the voucher is used on the Ttaenggyeoyo app, an additional 15% is refunded. Of this refund, 10% is provided as a delivery-only voucher, and 5% is given as Ttaenggyeoyo app points. When using the 'Yeongdeungpo Sarang Gift Certificate,' users receive a 5% discount at purchase and an additional 15% payback benefit, for a maximum benefit of 20%.
To use the voucher, users can click the 'Seoul Delivery+' banner on the main screen of the SeoulPayPlus (SeoulPay+) app or select the voucher as a payment method when placing a delivery order on the Ttaenggyeoyo app. Detailed information is available on the district's website under the 'By Sector Information - Daily Economy' bulletin board. Inquiries can be directed to the district's Job and Economy Division.
This expanded issuance is a measure to allow more residents to enjoy the payback benefit that has been in effect since April. The goal is to stimulate local consumption and create an environment where both consumers and Yeongdeungpo District small business owners can prosper together.
The delivery app 'Ttaenggyeoyo' focuses on reducing the burden on small business owners through its 'three-zero benefits,' which include low brokerage fees and no membership, listing, or monthly usage fees. In early May, a special pilot district subsidy of 100,000 won was provided to Yeongdeungpo area merchants registered on the Ttaenggyeoyo app. Merchants who join within May will receive an additional 100,000 won on June 2.
District Mayor Ho Kwon Choi stated, "I hope the expanded issuance of the gift certificate will provide practical discount benefits to consumers and create opportunities for increased sales for small business owners in Yeongdeungpo District."
