First 500 Participants Accepted Until June 11
The Wolseong Headquarters of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power (KHNP) is now recruiting participants for the "2025 Gyeongju Wind Hill National Hill Climb Competition in Collaboration with KHNP," which will be held on June 29 at the KHNP headquarters and the Gyeongju Wind Power Plant area in Janghang-ri, Munmudaewang-myeon, Gyeongju.
This event, hosted and organized by the Gyeongju City Cycling Federation and sponsored by the Wolseong Headquarters, will cover a 7 km course starting in front of the main (South) gate of KHNP and finishing on the road in front of the pavilion at the entrance to the Gyeongju Wind Power Plant.
Last year, more than 600 athletes participated in the National Gyeongju Wind Hill Hill Climb Competition. This year, the competition will again feature a total of 30 events, with 15 cycling divisions and 15 MTB divisions.
The participation fee is 40,000 won, and all participants will receive a wind gilet as a commemorative gift. Registration is open on the Gyeongju City Cycling Federation website from May 26 to June 11, with a maximum of 500 participants accepted in the order of payment.
