Uijeongbu Eulji University Hospital (Director Song Hyun) announced on May 27 that it held the Hanmaeum Sports Festival on May 24 at the sports field of Eulji University Uijeongbu Campus.

This event was the first official sports competition since the hospital opened, and it was a great success with approximately 500 participants, including staff and their families.

Held under the slogan "Eulji Family is One," the event provided a meaningful opportunity to strengthen bonds among members and reaffirm the hospital's commitment to a new leap forward. Participants engaged in friendly competition in various events such as tug-of-war, group jump rope, relay races, and soccer, all under the warm spring sunshine.

On this day, participants sweated together in various competitions under the gentle spring sunlight, encouraging one another while also reaffirming their determination for a new leap forward as the hospital enters its fifth year since opening.

The sports festival was divided into two teams: the "Harmony Team" and the "Unity Team." The atmosphere was filled with enthusiastic cheers and applause throughout the games, creating an exciting and lively environment. In particular, each team's unique cheering performances provided participants with an extra layer of enjoyment.

Events such as the three-legged race and shoe toss, which could be enjoyed with family members, were also prepared, allowing staff families to participate wholeheartedly and have a delightful time together. The hospital provided lunch for all staff and gave prizes to participants who attended with their families, receiving an enthusiastic response.

Director Song Hyun said, "Today's Hanmaeum Sports Festival made every member of the Eulji family, who have grown together within the hospital, the main character," and added, "It is thanks to the dedication and support of our staff and their families that Uijeongbu Eulji University Hospital stands where it is today."
