'Vitafoods Europe' is the largest food, beverage, and health functional food exhibition in the European healthcare sector. This year's event was held in Barcelona, Spain, from the 20th to the 22nd, with around 20,000 industry professionals from 120 countries around the world in attendance.

Ildong Bioscience promoted its competitive edge in the probiotics and postbiotics sectors, including its functional ingredients and four-layer coating processing technology. The company also held partnering meetings with numerous global firms, seeking to identify new partners and explore business alliances for overseas market development.

An Ildong Bioscience representative stated, "Our portfolio of more than 20 'US GRAS ingredients,' as well as ingredients certified with Halal and Kosher, which are tailored to the characteristics of global markets, attracted significant interest from visitors."

He added, "In addition to the Asian region and North American market, where we have been consistently achieving results, we have also been expanding exports to European countries such as Spain and Greece since last year. Based on locally tailored strategies, we plan to further expand our client base and diversify our business portfolio."
