Gwangju Urban Corporation (President Kim Seungnam) announced on May 27 that it will operate a joint "one-on-one consultation" desk with related organizations on May 28 at the consultation room on the first floor of the corporation's headquarters, in order to promote the sale and attract investment in the Nam-gu Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex, which has been designated as an economic free zone.
This joint consultation desk with related organizations is being held for the second time, following last year, and will be operated for companies wishing to move into the Nam-gu Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex. Gwangju Urban Corporation, Gwangju Free Economic Zone Authority, and Gwangju Nam-gu District Office will jointly operate the desk, providing smooth support services for companies through one-on-one customized consultations with each institution.
In particular, this joint consultation desk is expected to attract significant interest from companies, as it will provide one-stop services on ▲investment agreements and investment incentives ▲tax reduction benefits ▲major tax filing and payment ▲various investment information and site condition information.
The industrial land for sale in the Nam-gu Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex this time consists of one parcel (13,126.6 square meters), with a sale price of 1,358,000 won per pyeong. The eligible business sectors include ▲C26 (manufacturing of electronic components, computers, visual, audio, and communications equipment) ▲C28 (manufacturing of electrical equipment) ▲C29 (manufacturing of other machinery and equipment) ▲M70 (research and development).
