Gwangju Employers Federation Holds Best Practices Contest for Workplace Adaptation Training Participants

The Gwangju Employers Federation announced on May 27, 2025, that it will hold a best practices contest for participants in the first half of the year’s workplace adaptation training, as part of efforts to spread the outcomes of its 2025 Workplace Adaptation Support Project.

This contest is open to both training coordinators at companies that participated in the first half of the year’s training and to individual participants. Applications can be submitted through the Gwangju Employers Federation’s Workplace Adaptation Team until June 13.

For training coordinators, the contest themes include the purpose of participating in the training, expected effects on organizational culture improvement, and satisfaction levels. For managers and new employees, themes include establishing the value of the leader’s role, fostering organizational consensus and workplace adaptation, and understanding workplace etiquette.

Entries will be judged, and a total of 10 winners will be selected: two for the grand prize, four for the excellence award, and four for the encouragement award. The number and type of awards may be adjusted depending on the evaluation results.

Yang Jinseok, chairman of the federation, said, “I hope this contest will serve as an opportunity to share concerns and experiences encountered during the workplace adaptation process, and to promote a vibrant and improved organizational culture.”
