Enhancing Integrity Awareness
and Fostering an Ethical Culture
Yeosu Gwangyang Port Authority (YGPA, Acting President Hwang Hakbeom) announced on May 27 that it will hold the "6th Integrity Catchphrase Contest" in order to enhance the integrity awareness of its executives, employees, and subsidiary members, and to foster an ethical culture of voluntary practice.
The contest will run until June 11, and is soliciting friendly and effective catchphrases that promote the values of anti-corruption and integrity. Selected outstanding entries will be used in integrity campaigns, public promotional items, printed materials, and other activities to promote integrity.
In particular, this year's contest has expanded its scope to allow participation from employees of subsidiaries (Yeosu Gwangyang Port Management, Yeosu Expo Management), emphasizing the importance of reflecting on the meaning of integrity and strengthening the commitment to practice it.
Acting President Hwang Hakbeom stated, "I hope that small actions, beginning with a single sentence, will come together to become a great force in creating a transparent and fair organizational culture."
